When taking a cab in Prague, we strongly recommend phoning a reputable taxi company (e.g. AAA or CityTaxi), If possible, avoid hailing a cab on the street. You can also ask the reception, Nicholas Hotel has a Taxi pick up point just across the street. Before the journey, request a printed receipt and make sure the driver sets the meter to zero. And, of course, it’s always a good idea to carry small bills and be discreet with your belongings.
We recommend parking at Rudolfinum (Alšovo Nabřezí 79/12) which is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We advise you to leave your luggage on reception before parking so you can start enjoying Prague as soon as you exit your car. Check-in to the room can be done anytime after 3 PM!
